Job description

The Clinical Development Veterinarian will allocate their efforts between delivering exceptional clinical services at a primary medical facility and traveling within the region to mentor, coach, and enhance veterinary teams. This position focuses on fostering surgical and dental skills, guiding newer veterinarians in their careers, and promoting clinical excellence throughout the organization. Applicants must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and have a minimum of five years of experience in general practice for small animals. A high level of clinical skills in medicine, surgery, and dentistry, along with a strong enthusiasm for coaching and leadership, is essential.
