**Job Title:** Hand Therapy Specialist
The Hand Therapy Specialist is accountable for assessing, planning, delivering treatment, and managing the discharge process for patients in need of hand therapy services. This role involves creating personalized treatment strategies and working in partnership with hand surgeons to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care. Applicants must possess a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active license in their state. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of one year’s practical experience in hand therapy or have completed a Level 2 fieldwork rotation focused on hand therapy.
