Job Summary
The Clinical Manager is responsible for providing direction and oversight for assisted living and memory care services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while adhering to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive medical assessments for residents.
- Overseeing the administration of medications to ensure safety and compliance.
- Supervising and supporting care staff to foster a high-performance environment.
- Coordinating and developing individualized service plans tailored to resident needs.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of DHS 83 and 89 regulations is essential.
