Job Summary
The Clinical Manager is tasked with supervising, guiding, and empowering a group of home health professionals to deliver exceptional care to patients while promoting operational development. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of home health clinicians to enhance patient care quality.

- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse license.
- A minimum of one year of experience in acute care and skilled home health settings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in OASIS documentation processes.
- Strong understanding of home health regulations and standards.
