Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse Educator plays a vital role in enhancing the educational initiatives for clinical personnel by overseeing the assessment, creation, and execution of various training programs. This position involves working closely with unit leaders to coordinate orientation, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and manage clinical rotation schedules.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the educational process for clinical staff members.
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored for clinical staff.
- Collaborate with unit leaders to streamline orientation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage clinical rotation calendars efficiently.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical nursing role is necessary.
- Additional experience in healthcare training is highly desired.
