**Clinical Nurse**
The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing complete nursing care to patients within the Emergency Department. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing tailored care plans, and executing those plans effectively. The Clinical Nurse collaborates with the healthcare team, offers patient education, and guarantees that all care interventions are recorded in line with hospital protocols. Applicants must possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Florida or a Compact License. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory, and additional certifications relevant to the unit, such as ACLS, PALS, or NIHSS, are preferred.
