Job description
**Job Title: Staff Clinical Pharmacist**
The Staff Clinical Pharmacist combines patient-focused pharmaceutical care with distribution duties, such as managing dosing for antibiotics and anticoagulants. This role involves engaging in daily rounds, offering pharmaceutical information to the medical teams, and supporting medication reconciliation along with patient education efforts. Applicants should possess either a Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy and must be a Registered Pharmacist. Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience within a hospital environment.
