**Clinical Nurse Specialist**
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will deliver advanced nursing care, offer expert consultation, and engage in research, acting as a key resource for staff development. This position includes overseeing clinical research initiatives and creating educational programs aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and refining clinical practices. Applicants are required to have a Master’s degree and a diploma from an accredited nursing institution, as well as a current Indiana Registered Nurse license. Furthermore, BLS certification and a Clinical Nurse Specialist credential from either the ANCC or AACN are mandatory for this role.
