Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Manager plays a crucial role in leading a mobile team dedicated to upholding the standards of clinical research sites, ensuring adherence to protocol, regulatory requirements, and data integrity. This position is pivotal in managing team performance, distributing resources effectively, and working alongside leadership to fulfill study objectives and recruitment goals.
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage a traveling team focused on clinical research operations.
- Ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory frameworks.
- Monitor and maintain data quality standards across clinical sites.
- Assess team performance and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to meet study milestones and enrollment aspirations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical research.
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
