Job description
**Job Title: Research Director**
The Research Director will lead and supervise various research initiatives within the department, encompassing grant writing, design of studies, and adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires active collaboration with faculty and staff to enhance research prospects and oversee the management of clinical and translational project operations. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree or have an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting and coordinating research activities is essential.
