**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician is responsible for offering both direct and indirect patient care, which encompasses monitoring vital signs, aiding patients with their daily activities, and keeping patient documentation up to date. Additionally, they will handle administrative responsibilities to facilitate unit coordination and ensure smooth patient transitions within the Intensive Care Unit. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and must hold a current BLS Healthcare Provider certification. Preference will be given to candidates who have certifications as an EMT, Nursing Assistant, or Medical Assistant, and those with a background in data entry and administrative functions.
