Job Summary
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will be responsible for delivering individual psychotherapy, performing diagnostic assessments, and creating tailored treatment strategies for children and teenagers. The position also entails overseeing registered Associate Clinical Social Workers, ensuring adherence to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions to children and adolescents.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients.
- Offer clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers in compliance with California BBS standards.
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in California.
- Demonstrated experience in child and adolescent mental health.
- Capability to supervise and mentor associate clinicians effectively.
