Job Summary
The position of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) involves offering personalized psychotherapy to children and adolescents, performing diagnostic assessments, and creating tailored treatment strategies. This role also includes providing clinical guidance to Associate Clinical Social Workers as per California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Offer clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, ensuring compliance with California BBS regulations.
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is required.
- Must possess an active and unrestricted LCSW license in California.
- Candidates should meet the California BBS criteria for supervising associate clinicians.
