Job Summary
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is responsible for performing detailed mental health diagnostic assessments and creating tailored treatment strategies for children and adolescents. This position also entails offering clinical supervision to registered Associate Clinical Social Workers, promoting their professional growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
- Provide clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, fostering professional development.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices within the field.
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is required.
- Active and unrestricted California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- Must meet the California Board of Behavioral Sciences criteria for clinical supervision.
