Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing nursing functions within a designated unit, offering guidance and support to the team working in that area. This role may require taking on 24-hour nursing responsibilities when the Manager or Director is unavailable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations for the specific unit.
- Provide leadership and support to the unit-based nursing team.
- Assume 24-hour nursing accountability in the absence of higher management.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- A minimum of two to three years of clinical nursing experience.
- Valid Georgia Registered Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
