Job description
The Medical Center Representative oversees patient navigation, manages the registration process, and schedules appointments, ensuring that all medical records are kept up to date. Responsibilities also include handling insurance claims, processing payments, and generating essential financial and operational reports. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in customer service. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in a medical office setting and knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.
