**Job Title: Nursing Assistant**
The Nursing Assistant is responsible for delivering safe patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel and ensuring that equipment and supplies are managed according to unit standards. This role supports a collaborative team within a pediatric medical/surgical setting. Candidates must have completed a nursing assistant program or possess equivalent clinical experience, along with current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities are vital for success in this position.
