Job description
Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service by promoting and selling products, providing guidance on merchandise, and supporting customers with specialized orders. Ensure the sales area is well-maintained by stocking shelves, keeping the environment tidy, and utilizing equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks for moving items. Candidates should possess familiarity with retail sales methods and must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds, as well as standing for extended periods throughout the shift. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory.
