Job Summary
This role is designed for a clinical professional dedicated to supporting physicians by participating in patient evaluations, procedures, and therapies, while ensuring the accuracy of electronic health records. The individual will also play a vital role in patient education, medication administration, and coordinating necessary follow-up care.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during patient examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date electronic health records.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients about their care plans and treatment options.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and necessary care post-treatment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and active license or certification as an RN, LPN, or a certified/registered Medical Assistant.
- Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient environment is preferable.
- Familiarity with EPIC software is an advantage.
