Job description
**Job Title: Hospice Caregiver**
In this role, you will deliver personal care and hygiene support to hospice patients, closely observing their health status and communicating any changes to the Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for keeping patient records up to date, ensuring a secure environment, and offering emotional assistance to both patients and their families. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. A minimum of one year of recent experience is required, along with a valid CPR certification.
