The Patient Service Representative is tasked with overseeing a busy contact center environment, focusing on maintaining quality and operational efficiency. This role involves accurately recording patient medical records and financial details, as well as facilitating communication among patients, healthcare providers, and clinical personnel. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or a related field, or hold a bachelor’s degree. A high school diploma or GED is required as the baseline educational qualification.
