Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Supervise and delegate care tasks to ancillary nursing staff.
- Manage life-threatening situations and conduct complex patient monitoring.
Qualifications
- An Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
- A valid RN license must be held.
- Completion of a Critical Care Nursing course is necessary.
- Must possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
- TNCC certification should be attained within one year of employment.
