The role involves overseeing the planning and coordination of nursing care for patients in a critical care environment. This position includes supervising support staff and addressing intricate patient requirements, such as multi-organ failure and critical life-threatening situations. Candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Nursing, hold a valid RN license, and have current BLS and ACLS certifications. Completion of a Critical Care Nursing course is mandatory, and prior experience in critical care for at least six months is preferred.
