**Certified Nursing Assistant**
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) offers hands-on patient care while working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role includes aiding with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Responsibilities encompass monitoring vital signs, gathering specimens, and supporting patients’ mobility with appropriate safety equipment. Applicants are required to possess an Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License along with a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Experience in either a hospital or long-term care environment is highly desirable.
