Job Summary
The Clinical Professional plays a vital role in supporting physicians during patient examinations, medical procedures, and treatments while ensuring that electronic health records are meticulously maintained. This position focuses on the delivery of patient care, medication administration, and the provision of essential health education to patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and various medical procedures.
- Maintain precise electronic health records for patient documentation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Provide education to patients about their health and treatment plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate follow-up care for patients.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid and active license or certification as an RN, LPN, or CMA from an accredited educational program.
- Preferred prior experience in a clinical or outpatient healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with EPIC software is advantageous.
