**Certified Nurse Assistant**
The Certified Nurse Assistant delivers fundamental nursing care, focusing on personal hygiene, comfort, and ensuring the safety of patients, all while working under the guidance of a registered nurse. Additionally, they engage in non-nursing support tasks and aid in patient care tailored to the individual’s developmental needs. Applicants must have a valid CNA certification recorded on the State Nurse Aide Registry, along with up-to-date BLS certification. This position demands strong interpersonal skills and an ability to accept and act on constructive feedback.
