Job Summary
The role involves delivering personal care assistance to individuals which includes tasks such as bathing, grooming, and aiding with mobility. It is essential to observe and track the patient’s health status while ensuring their safety and well-being in their environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and ensuring patients can move safely.
- Monitor and document patient conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a secure and safe environment for all care activities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- An active Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, or a willingness to obtain certification.
- Possess reliable transportation for commute.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
