Job description
Deliver consistent daily nursing care and support to designated residents, following their individualized care plans. Aid residents with everyday activities, observe their health status, and ensure meticulous documentation of the care administered. A minimum of a 10th-grade education is required, along with a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license. The role necessitates the ability to read, evaluate, and comprehend professional guidelines and to communicate effectively with both staff and residents.
