**Job Title: Co-Manager**

Responsibilities include managing inventory, overseeing payroll, and upholding exceptional guest service standards, all while creating a welcoming and effective workplace. Ideal candidates will possess 2-3+ years of experience in retail management, demonstrating a successful history in both financial oversight and leadership. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with excellent communication abilities and the flexibility to work a full-time schedule.
