**Job Title: Account Executive**
The Account Executive plays a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with referral sources to advocate for hospice services in a designated region. This position involves performing market evaluations, creating marketing strategies, and offering strategic planning leadership to achieve projected service volume. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare marketing or home care operations, along with at least one year of sales experience. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree is desirable, and candidates must hold a valid driver’s license in California.
