**Job Title: Cleaning Contractor**
The contractor will be tasked with delivering comprehensive cleaning services, which involve sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal within specified commercial and industrial spaces. Furthermore, they will oversee floor maintenance activities and guarantee that all shared areas adhere to cleanliness and aesthetic requirements. A background in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance roles is advantageous, along with the skill to safely handle cleaning machinery. Applicants should be self-motivated, physically fit to carry out repetitive duties, and must have their own cleaning tools and means of transportation.
