Job Summary
The role involves overseeing and orchestrating personnel, resources, and equipment to align with production timelines while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This position serves as the main liaison for hourly workers and is responsible for the daily operations within the plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the workforce, materials, and equipment to achieve production goals.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality measures are consistently upheld.
- Serve as the principal point of communication for hourly staff members.
- Manage day-to-day activities on the production floor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally within beverage manufacturing.
- Demonstrated dedication to safety and quality practices.
