Job description
The Estimator plays a crucial role in creating precise plumbing estimates, encompassing material and labor evaluations for commercial projects. This position involves managing supplier relationships, addressing Requests for Information (RFIs), and tracking bids to secure project contracts. Prospective candidates should have 3 to over 10 years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating and fieldwork. A strong proficiency in mathematics, data analysis, and familiarity with industry-specific software such as Procure and Building Connected is essential.
