The Office Administrator plays a pivotal role by managing administrative tasks, like overseeing student records and facilitating school operations, while also engaging in classroom activities which include teaching and coaching. This position entails offering leadership assistance to the Principal and serving as an inspirational figure for the school team. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare environment and comply with state licensing standards. Preference will be given to those with an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as the completion of EDU 119 and Admin level 1 certifications.
