**Commercial Relationship Manager**
The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for recognizing and implementing strategies aimed at retaining and acquiring high-value clients by providing customized financial solutions. This role encompasses managing the entire transaction process, which includes credit structuring, pricing, and ensuring compliance with internal standards, all while operating within a collaborative team framework. Applicants should have either a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in commercial banking, or a high school diploma along with eight years of related experience. Key competencies required for this position include strong credit knowledge, analytical abilities, and expertise in financial services consulting.
