Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by expanding the client base and promoting the company’s products and services. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while identifying new market opportunities. The representative will also work to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet those demands.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Present products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management.
- Gather market intelligence and report back on competitive activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
