**Job Title: Route Manager**
The Route Manager will oversee a specific route of commercial clients, delivering exceptional pest control and inspection services. This role involves establishing strong professional relationships, recognizing sales potential, and ensuring that the company vehicle is safe and properly stocked. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a spotless driving record, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in route sales, customer service, or similar areas. Additionally, candidates must be able to successfully pass background checks, DOT physical examinations, and drug tests.
