The Commercial Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in streamlining the loan origination and servicing process, serving as the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams. This position entails managing loan documentation, collecting necessary paperwork, and overseeing due diligence efforts to facilitate timely loan closings. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, although a bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2-5 years of experience in a commercial banking context. A solid understanding of commercial loan products, familiarity with loan origination systems, and excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.
