Communication and Partnership Specialist [Open to Tier 0, 1 & 2 applicants]

The Communications and Partnership Specialist provides strategic leadership for the Country Office’s communications, advocacy, and partnership initiatives. They are responsible for managing external relations, resource mobilization, and ensuring the quality and visibility of organizational results. Candidates must hold an advanced university degree in a relevant field with at least seven years of progressive professional experience, or a bachelor’s degree with nine years of experience. Extensive experience in strategic communications, partnership development, and senior-level advisory roles is required.
