This position involves offering practical coaching on-site at jobs and organizing community outings to foster independence. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver’s license, and own a vehicle. Furthermore, they must successfully complete background checks and acquire CPR/First Aid certification.
