**Community Liaison**
The Community Liaison is tasked with creating and executing marketing initiatives aimed at increasing hospice referrals while fostering strong professional connections within the community. This role involves educating both referral sources and the general public regarding the advantages of hospice care and overseeing the coordination of patient admissions. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales and relationship management abilities, with a preference for individuals who have a minimum of one year of experience in hospice or health services. A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and availability to work on weekends are essential for this position.
