The Catering Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in attracting and securing new catering and banquet accounts to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share objectives. This position also involves nurturing current client relationships and guaranteeing the prompt and precise preparation of event documentation. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with prior experience in catering sales being desirable. Essential qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a valid driver’s license.
