The Community Manager oversees all business operations at an apartment community, including leading property staff and managing financial performance. They are responsible for driving leasing strategies, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining positive owner relationships. Candidates must have at least 3 years of multi-family property management experience and strong leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
