**Community Manager**
The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the apartment community, which encompasses leasing activities, budget management, and maintenance oversight. This role entails supervising staff, fostering resident relationships, and ensuring the property achieves its financial and operational objectives. Applicants should possess 1-2 years of experience in property management and be adept in Entrata, Onesite, and Knock software. Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for managing onsite teams and property operations competently.
