**Job Title: Community Relations Coordinator**
The Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the lead generation process, organizing community tours, and ensuring a seamless transition for new residents. This role involves maintaining CRM records and cultivating partnerships with families and community stakeholders to enhance census development. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business. A minimum of 2 years of experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales is essential, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
