**Job Title: Billing Director**
The Billing Director is responsible for managing the medical billing operations and enhancing revenue cycle effectiveness to guarantee financial precision and adherence to regulations. This position entails leading interdisciplinary teams to maximize collections, minimize claim rejections, and execute strategic enhancements to processes. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is desirable, complemented by robust analytical abilities and a solid understanding of healthcare payer regulations.
