The Clinical Instructor plays a key role in executing the college’s curriculum by overseeing and assessing nursing students during their clinical placements. Responsibilities include designing clinical experiences, delivering formal feedback, and keeping up-to-date with agency regulations. Applicants should have either a master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing and must hold an active nursing license in Delaware without restrictions. Additionally, a minimum of two years of recent professional nursing experience as a registered nurse within the past five years is mandatory.
