Job description
The Compliance Inspector is tasked with conducting visual inspections of properties to identify any violations of deed restrictions and managing the related notices. In addition, this role involves addressing customer questions through phone and email and carrying out various administrative duties. Applicants should possess a dependable vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and have valid auto insurance. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication abilities.
