Job description
The Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in upholding safety standards, ensuring food quality, and promoting animal welfare throughout the organization. This position involves delivering training programs, overseeing OSHA documentation, investigating incidents, and maintaining adherence to FDA and HACCP regulations. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or between five to eight years of pertinent experience. A strong ability to interpret regulatory guidelines, coupled with excellent communication skills, is essential. Additionally, certifications such as HACCP and OSHA are highly desirable.
