**Hospital Manager**
The Hospital Manager is responsible for the supervision of daily activities, overseeing financial health, and ensuring adherence to regulations, while working closely with the Medical Director to meet strategic objectives. This role includes guiding the team, fostering staff growth, and improving the overall experience for clients. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or operational management role, ideally within veterinary practice management. A bachelor’s degree or a professional certification such as CVPM is sought after, alongside demonstrated expertise in budgeting and coaching team members.
