**Hospital Manager**

This role includes guiding the team, fostering staff growth, and improving the overall experience for clients. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or operational management role, ideally within veterinary practice management. A bachelor’s degree or a professional certification such as CVPM is sought after, alongside demonstrated expertise in budgeting and coaching team members.
