**Job Title: Insurance Claims Investigator**
Responsibilities involve examining, assessing, and resolving intricate insurance claims related to Directors and Officers (D&O), fiduciary responsibilities, and crime coverage. The role encompasses managing legal disputes, determining reserve amounts, and coordinating with various internal teams such as underwriting and finance to align with corporate goals. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in handling liability insurance claims and hold a bachelor’s degree, with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree strongly favored. Strong negotiation abilities and a comprehensive understanding of D&O and specialty lines coverage are essential.
